The TinyChallenge is a short, focused coaching series for LGBTIQA+ adults who want to grow through one clear area of life.

You choose your TinyChallenge focus. It belongs to you.

For example:

  • Shape one consistent ritual that helps your body and mind feel cared for

  • Create a environment that supports who you are now and becoming.

  • Build or deepen a small circle of people where you feel fully seen

Your TinyChallenge sits at the centre of our work together. Everything else arranges around it.

About Me

Helping queer & trans adults shape lives that feel like theirs again

There’s a big difference between knowing who you are and actually living in a way that honors it.I'm Dan (he/they), a queer and trans coach and founder of Cooee Coaching.
For a long time, my daily life, my job, my habits, felt like they belonged to someone else. I was tired of performing a life organised around old expectations.
In this video, I share my journey to feeling at home in my own skin and introduce the TinyChallenge.
It’s not a massive "life overhaul" that leaves you burnt out; it's a gentle, 5-session structure designed to help queer and trans adults build a life around what feels meaningful, not just what looks acceptable.

Q: Do I need a perfectly clear goal before I start?

You only need a sense of the area calling for attention. During our first conversations, we shape that into a clear TinyChallenge together.

Q: What kind of support is this?

This is coaching. We focus on your goals, values, actions, and emotional journey in the present and the future. Therapy, crisis care, and medical support live in different spaces; those supports can sit alongside coaching whenever they feel helpful.

Q: How much of my story do I share?

You choose what feels supportive to share. We move at your pace and hold plenty of respect for privacy, capacity, and energy.
